and one who will never get any respect from me. the man has never shown any remorse for his poor sportsmanship. indeed, he has somehow managed to make it "cute" in the booth and commercials, making a fortune off of it. disgusting.

for those who doubt it, go and have a look at youtube. his outbursts were an embarrassment. a grown man acting like a child who didn't get his way. as someone who has played tennis/basketball/soccer all my life i've encountered a few lousy sports along the way. we called them many things but "cute" or "suffering artist" was never among them. his success does not excuse his childishness.

Today we have good tools like Youtube to get back to past where McEnroe/Borg/Conners etc were active, but I think it would have been wonderful if I could see them competing at that time. I miss spectacular volley battle which we can rarely see in today's singles matches.
