Una explosión en el garaje de Williams ha provocado un incendio en la zona del pit lane. El fuego ha obligado al desalojo del paddock del GP de España. Las llamas se propagaron a los boxes de Force India y de Toro Rosso. Al menos 16 personas han resultado heridas por quemaduras e inhalación de humo, siendo necesario evacuar a un mecánico al hospital.

Según el equipo de Antena 3 enviado a Montmeló, aunque se especuló con que fuego se debió a la explosión de un KERS, el incendio comenzó con el vaciado de la bomba de gasolina. Precisamente el mecánico encargado de dicha labor es el que se encuentra en estado más grave.

Una tremenda nube negra invadía la zona del pit lane y requería la presencia de los servicios de emergencia y de los bomberos para poder desalojar con seguridad la zona y controlar las llamas.

No es el primer incendio que tiene lugar esta temporada en la Fórmula 1. En el GP de Malasia un fuego en el hospitality de Lotus hizo intervenir a los bomberos. Por suerte no se lamentaron daños humanos.

hi dont think so,
there is a super big Ego driving one of their cars,,,,,,,,
i am not sure is able to talk,setup,translate how the car is feel on the track at their engeneers.
Massa is not the same since his accident (no personnal offence here) it is just a fact.
Whay they dont ask Jacques Villeneuve to drive for the rest of the season???

i wonder what would be the mood in their garage,manufauture,if he was there?
he speaks english,french,italian and he is still in great shape since he continue to drive in different series!!!
i wonder if they add the gots to do it!!!!!!!!!

No, they can't.
They still have not come to grips with *not being able to spend a half billion dollars per year since the Resource Restriction Agreement came into effect.

They only dominated because they had a stable of test drivers that put in thousands and thousands of km of testing every year on their own racetrack. And because they had their own, captive tire company that tailored the tires to the car and driver.

Without those huge advantages their design department is revealed to be substandard.
